1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Word is Bond ("the App"), a product of Perpetual Profit Acquisition Production ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Word is Bond is a commitment-tracking platform that allows users to make promises with photographic or video proof, set deadlines, and share commitments with accountability partners ("witnesses"). The service includes free witnessing features and a paid subscription for making commitments.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Creating commitments requires an active paid subscription at CA$3.00/month (CAD).
• Viewing and witnessing commitments shared with you is always free.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content (photos, videos, text) you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Word is Bond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
